Come move with us! We're offering a STRONG Pilates session - a perfect chance to challenge yourself, feel strong, and have some fun (at a special discounted price - usually $39.99 for a one off session!).
Whats the difference between Strong Pilates and regular reformer pilates? Strong Pilates is a High Intensity, low-impact style of working out. Each class is 45-minutes focusing on upper body, lower body, core and obliques. Strong Pilates have a HIIT/Cardio element to their classes, so their reformers look slightly different! Work up a sweat and try something new with our Strong classes!
After the session, you're invited to join an optional coffee catch-up at Chur Bae Café (to be purchased at the individuals own expense).

Ticket Policy
All events are exclusively for women aged 18-35.
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future ticket purchases.
