As a leader, your responsibilities would include:
- Planning and orchestrating monthly events, working closely with local leaders to ensure all the finer details are in place.
- Managing RSVPs, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere, and promptly responding to messages.
- Strong communication with co-leaders & Dear Community Team
- Arrange bookings for local events
- Attending monthly leadership calls with the Dear Community Team & Guest Speakers
