Hi! My name is Caitlin and I’m 24 years old, living in Hamilton.

I’m about to go into my final year of my nursing degree at the University of Waikato! I absolutely love looking after people and you can typically find me as the “mum” of the friend group! I love organising get-togethers with friends and spending time with others. I work 3 part time jobs alongside study as well as volunteering as a Dear Community leader, and in my spare time you can find me binge watching Netflix shows I’ve probably watched 3x already, cooking food, cuddling with my cat, going for walks and spending time with friends! I have been a leader with Dear Community since March 2023 and absolutely love the values and mission that they have created as I think meeting new people and making new friends is always a good thing.

Crispina Menezes

Hiya, I’m Crispina – but you can call me Crispy! I moved to New Zealand from Oman when I was 4 and have called Hamilton home ever since. I studied psychology at Uni and now work in the government sector while also freelancing as a makeup artist.

I love traveling, deep convos, and having a good laugh. You’ll also find me pushing myself to read more, diving into self-development, or getting creative with bullet journaling and all things crafty. Lately, I’ve been learning to cook (with mixed results!), but I’m always up for trying new things and challenging myself.

Whether it’s lifting weights, exploring new places, or getting lost in a good book, I believe in embracing every part of life. I’d love to connect, whether it’s over coffee or drink, a gym session, or a chat about life’s big (or small) questions!

Kayle Vosloo - Book Club

Hi Girls!

My Name is Kayle I’m 23 and currently studying for my Master’s in Accounting at the University of Waikato. When I’m not buried in spreadsheets or textbooks, you’ll probably find me out for a run, on the tennis or pickleball court, or sewing something that may or may not turn out wearable. I’ve always loved reading—it’s the perfect way to learn something new or just completely disappear into another world for a while.

I’m also a proud (and slightly obsessed) dog mum to a cavoodle pup named Hazel, who definitely runs the household. I’m a big fan of traveling, the outdoors, and meeting new people, so I’m super excited to be part of the Dear Community Hamilton book club and connect with fellow book lovers!
