Auckland: April Pilates & Contrast Therapy with Inline Nutrition

This April, we’re partnering with Inline Nutrition to bring a restorative wellness morning to Auckland. Designed for up to 48 women, The Wellness Club will take us through an energising mat Pilates session, followed by rejuvenating rotations of Contrast Therapy - a soothing balance of sauna heat and refreshing ice baths.

We’re so excited to be joined by Inline Nutrition, an NZ–owned and operated brand that produces premium, science-based supplements using high-quality ingredients. Thoughtfully developed here in Aotearoa, their protein powders and supplements deliver real benefits you can feel, without unnecessary additives. Attendees will have the chance to hear from the Inline Nutrition team, browse their product range, and purchase favourites to take home.

This event welcomes guests of all fitness levels to get their sweat on. Whether you’re a regular in the world of Contrast Therapy or this is your first time, tick off that New Year’s resolution to try something new and join us for a beautiful morning.

Guests will enjoy complimentary collagen and probiotic sodas from Soochi, the perfect post-Pilates refreshment. You’ll leave this event feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired to take on the weekend.

Please bring (Important):

-Your own yoga mat. Mats will not be provided.
-Towel for sitting on in the sauna
-Activewear for Pilates & contrast therapy
-Something warm to wear after the Ice Bath

Ticket Policy

Please note that you will receive an email from the event leader 24–48 hours beforehand with additional information. If you have not received this email at least 12 hours before the event, please contact us.

All events are exclusively for women aged 18-35.

Tickets are non-refundable

In the event that we need to cancel due to weather conditions (which are outside of our control), refunds cannot be issued. However, a credit will be provided for use at a future Dear Community event.

Please note, we will be taking photos and videos throughout the event.

If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future ticket purchases.
