Calling all netball players (and aspiring netball players)! 🏐

Dust off your netball shoes and get ready for the ultimate high school netball throwback! These days, joining a netball competition often means committing to 8+ weeks of games, and we know that's not always possible. So we thought... why not host a one-off netball evening instead?

We've hired out the indoor North Harbour Netball Courts and will be creating multiple teams for a fun Queen of the Court-style tournament. Each team will have around 10–11 players, and before the event you'll complete a quick questionnaire so we can place you with others of a similar skill level.

Get ready for an hour of game time, plenty of laughs, and some healthy competition! Of course, it wouldn't be a Dear Community event without a few of our signature icebreaker activities to help you connect with your teammates and meet some amazing new women. Whether you're looking for a social game and a good laugh, or you're keen to bring out your competitive side, this evening is for you.

Come along with your netball buddies or arrive solo – either way, you'll be welcomed with open arms.

We can't wait to see you on the court for what is going to be the BEST night ever! 💙

Ticket Policy

Please note that you will receive an email from the event leader 24–48 hours beforehand with additional information. If you have not received this email at least 12 hours before the event, please contact us.

All events are exclusively for women aged 18-35.

Tickets are non-refundable

In the event that we need to cancel due to weather conditions (which are outside of our control), refunds cannot be issued. However, a credit will be provided for use at a future Dear Community event..

Please note, we will be taking photos and videos throughout the event.

If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future ticket purchases.
