Event: Dear Community x Me Today A Night on Nutrition

Date: Thursday, 29th October

Time: 7:00pm - 9:30pm

Location: The Garden, 44 George Street, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024

Leader: Niamh Vercoe

Being a woman is incredible, but understanding what our bodies actually need to feel our best? That can feel a little more complicated.

From cycle syncing and supplements to protein, gut health, hormones and endless wellness advice on social media, there is a lot to navigate. So how do we know what our bodies genuinely need, and what is simply another wellness trend?

Dear Community is so excited to partner with Me Today for an empowering evening dedicated to Nutrition & Hormonal Health, designed to help you feel more confident, informed and connected to your body.

We’re bringing together an incredible panel of qualified nutrition and women’s health experts to unpack the things we’re actually curious about. Together, we’ll explore how nutrition can support you through different phases of your menstrual cycle, the nutrients that play a role in energy, mood, skin, hormones and overall wellbeing, and some of the biggest nutritional myths women are hearing every day.

No restriction. No fear-mongering. No “perfect” diet. Just practical, evidence-informed advice to help you better understand and nourish your body.

ASK THE QUESTIONS YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO ASK

We know there are plenty of questions you might have about your hormones, nutrition and health that you’ve never had the chance to ask, or perhaps felt a little too awkward to say out loud!

That’s why, before the event, you’ll receive the opportunity to submit your questions anonymously. Our MC will bring the most common questions to the panel on the night, creating an open, honest and judgement-free conversation around women’s health.

And because no Dear Community event is complete without a little extra goodness, you’ll also enjoy incredible Me Today goodie bags, a delicious grazing table and kombucha from Good Buzz.

We’re creating an evening to learn, connect, ask the questions you’ve been too shy to ask and leave feeling more confident in your body and the choices you make for your health.

ABOUT ME TODAY

At Dear Community, we love partnering with brands that genuinely care about helping our community live well and that’s exactly what drew us to Me Today.

In 2019, Me Today founder Michael realised he needed to be his healthiest self, not just for him, but for the person who mattered most. As his wife bravely faced breast cancer, he knew that showing up for her meant taking care of himself.

That’s the heart behind everything we do: helping you be well, inside and out, so you can show up for the people (and moments) that matter.

Our holistic range; from beautifully designed, science-backed supplements to skin-loving skincare and pure New Zealand Manuka honey. It is all crafted to support your wellbeing from every angle. Thoughtfully made in Aotearoa using clean, high-quality ingredients, and crafted to fit seamlessly into your life (and look great on your shelf).

Me Today. Because your tomorrow matters.
