Ciao! 🇮🇹 Let's take a little trip to Italy... (without leaving Auckland).

Manifesting an Italian summer? Same. While we can't promise the Amalfi Coast, we can promise fresh gnocchi, good wine, wholesome chats, and a night that feels straight out of a cosy little trattoria.

Join us at Pasta & Cuore for an authentic gnocchi-making experience, where Italian chefs will teach us the traditional techniques and family recipes behind one of Italy's most loved comfort foods. It's the real deal, no shortcuts, just authentic Italian cooking, plenty of laughs, and a chance to learn from the experts themselves.

You'll be greeted with a drink on arrival (prosecco, wine, coffee or a soft drink), before we roll up our sleeves, get a little flour everywhere, and embrace our main pasta maker era.

Whether you're coming with your bestie or showing up solo, this is one of those nights where everyone starts as strangers and somehow ends up swapping travel stories, restaurant recommendations, and making plans to catch up again.

Please Note: You will need to cook your gnocchi at home, you will receive a recipe card and homemade sauce for you to try it out in the comfort of your home.

Ticket Policy

Please note that you will receive an email from the event leader 24–48 hours beforehand with additional information. If you have not received this email at least 12 hours before the event, please contact us.

All events are exclusively for women aged 18-35.

Tickets are non-refundable

In the event that we need to cancel due to weather conditions (which are outside of our control), refunds cannot be issued. However, a credit will be provided for use at a future Dear Community event..

Please note, we will be taking photos and videos throughout the event.

If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future ticket purchases.
