In collaboration with Stirling Women- we are bringing you an epic Winter Reset, an evening of slowing down and taking a moment to prioritise yourself. This event is all about showing up, and choosing to put yourself first mentally and physically through a Pilates and Guided Journal Event. With every attendee walking away with their own Taylor Sport Hoodie, Stanley Drink Bottle and sweet treats from Jotter (Yes, you read that right), this event is not one to miss!!

Dear Community is beyond thrilled to partner with Stirling Sport to host this event. Made by women, for women. At Stirling Women, they believe confidence starts with feeling comfortable in your own skin. Whether you're moving, training, balancing a busy lifestyle or embracing a new chapter, we're there to support your journey. Since 2016, they’ve been creating a space designed for women, offering a curated range of premium activewear and leisurewear from brands that align with our values. A place to feel empowered, supported and ready for whatever comes next.

We are stoked to have the incredible Eve Condon start the event right with a 45 minute mat pilates class. Eve Condon is a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and the founder of Studio Santé, a new wellness concept brand that reimagines movement as both a practice and a lifestyle. With a background in pre-professional ballet and a lifelong passion for health and wellness, Eve brings a considered approach to movement that blends Pilates, strength, and mindfulness. Known for her uplifting energy and focus on community, she creates experiences that help women move with intention, build confidence, and feel their best from the inside out.

Suitable for all levels, this class is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, focus on breath and alignment, and move with intention. After the class, attendees will take a moment to catch their breath, and be guided through a time of reflection, through a guided journal session. Led by Hannah Koumakis, this reflective journalling session focuses on personal routines and seasonal wellbeing, guided by prompts. This event is perfect for anyone seeking a mindful pause, purposeful movement, and connection within the wellness community.

After the guided journal session, all attendees will be able to enjoy a delicious cookies from local Coffee Cart Jotter. Jotter Sips & Bites is a Christchurch-based specialty drinks and baked bites cart, best known for their handcrafted matcha, specialty beverages and freshly baked treats. Every drink is made to order and every bake is made with care, bringing together quality ingredients and unique flavours.

With just 40 spots available, tickets are limited. BYO mat and wrap with a complimentary hoodie from Stirling Women valued at over $65.
