Sip and Sew 6 week Beginner Sewing Class

This beginner sewing course is perfect for those who wish to begin their sewing journey. The projects are designed to equip you with a variety of essential sewing skills and techniques while giving you a rewarding experience of creating practical and stylish products.

Week 1: Introduction to Sewing

Week 2: Seams and Hems

Week 3: Zips and Buttonholes

Week 4: Basic Garment Construction - Classic Tee

Week 5: Basic Garment Construction Continued

Week 6: Finishing Techniques

All fabric and equipment needed included

Attendance Policy

In order to ensure the smooth running of our events and to show respect for everyone involved, we request that attendees provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a ticketed event. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on purchasing tickets for future events organised by Dear Community.

This policy is in place to allow our leaders to offer the space to other community members in a timely manner. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
