Island Hopping is MedSailors' original and most social product. Join us for a flotilla‑style sailing experience designed for young travellers (18-35) seeking the perfect mix of adventure, exploration, socialising, and relaxation. 

Each day brings the chance to enjoy swim stops in crystal-clear bays and take part in optional activities. Whether you're into paddleboarding, exploring local towns, water sports, cycling, or just floating in the sun, there’s something for everyone. You might even pick up a few sailing skills from your Skipper along the way, whether it’s throwing a line while docking or helping hoist the sails when the wind picks up!

The Dubrovnik Voyager route is a one way 6 night sailing adventure along the stunning Dalmatian coast. You’ll explore UNESCO-listed towns, national parks, and hidden bays, with plenty of time for swimming, paddleboarding, and laid-back sunbathing. From Korčula’s medieval Old Town to the natural wonders of Mljet National Park, each stop offers something new. A highlight of the Dubrovnik Voyager is the optional visit to Stari Grad, where you can take part in a vineyard experience and enjoy a traditional Croatian peka dinner. This route promises a week of unforgettable island-hopping, authentic experiences, and new friendships.

Your yacht includes a daily continental breakfast and you'll have full access to the yacht’s kitchen, which comes equipped with essential cookware such as pots, pans, and utensils, allowing you to prepare your own snacks and lunches throughout the day. Lunches onboard are typically simple and fresh, think sandwiches, fresh salads, and sharing platters. Cooking together with your fellow sailors is all part of the fun! 

IMPORTANT: Please note within 48hrs of purchasing this ticket through us, you will need to pay your deposit with MedSailors, or your spot will be forfeited. The $19.99 is non-refundable. After you have purchased through our website, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to pay through MedSailors.

All final pricing is listed below in EURO, and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance directly by MedSailors.

  • Double Occupancy / Bunk: €931pp / ~$1,834 NZD (estimated) –

  • Double En-Suite: €1,026pp / ~$2,021 NZD (estimated) – price per person, must be booked as a pair

  • Single Private Cabin: €1,306pp / ~$2,573 NZD (estimated)

An additional local payment of approximately €150 per person will be due at or before check-in. This covers all your yacht's running costs, including marina fees, local taxes, fuel, the damage deposit waiver, and the charter pack. Please note that this amount is based on 2025 season costs and is subject to change for the 2026 season.
