Join us for a super fun Mat Pilates course at Nook Studio! Led by the incredible pilates instructor Tiff Delporte, it’s the perfect way to start your day. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or brand new to Pilates, this is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, try something new, and build connections with others in a supportive environment.

This four week course gives you the opportunity to foster deeper connections with the other attendees, whilst being able to grow your skills on the mat. With only 15 spots in the class, this intimate setting is the perfect way to grown deeper connections.

Ticket Policy

Please note that you will receive an email from the event leader 24–48 hours beforehand with additional information. If you have not received this email at least 12 hours before the event, please contact us.

All events are exclusively for women aged 18-35.

Tickets are non-refundable

In the event that we need to cancel due to weather conditions (which are outside of our control), refunds cannot be issued. However, a credit will be provided for use at a future Dear Community event.

Please note, we will be taking photos and videos throughout the event.

If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future ticket purchases.
