With social media can often making it feel like everyone else has their life figured out, we’re here to talk about everything that happens behind the scenes, the setbacks, self-doubt, challenges, pivots and “what am I actually doing?” moments that come with chasing big goals. Come along for an honest conversation that will leave you feeling inspired, understood and maybe a little more confident in your own journey.

Whether surviving reality television on The Traitors NZ or speaking openly about navigating digital life and mental health, Brit brings an unmatched "Queen of Hearts" energy to the stage. Prepare for an unfiltered, hilarious, and deeply grounded session on finding calm amongst the chaos, handling life’s "big feelings", and building an authentic life online and off.

Joining her is one of New Zealand’s top TV reporters, Lucy Bendell. Lucy is a television reporter for New Zealand's leading morning show, Breakfast. From breaking news and elections to uniquely Kiwi moments, she's passionate about covering the events and people shaping New Zealand. Lucy's love of storytelling began at a young age and led her to study journalism at the New Zealand Broadcasting School. By 19, she had turned that passion into a full-time career. Over the past five years, Lucy has reported on some of the country's biggest evets while highlighting the human stories behind the headlines. The demands of live television have given her experience adapting under pressure, trusting her judgement and building resilience.

Last but certainly not least, we have the truly incredible Kelsi Boocock, founder of Healthy Kelsi. She's a content creator, cookbook author and entrepreneur based in New Zealand. What began as sharing simple, healthy recipes online has grown into a community of more than 500,000 people and led Kelsi to publish two cookbooks and build multiple businesses  in the health and wellness space, including Second Nature and Shnack. Alongside creating content, Kelsi is passionate about building brands and businesses that make healthy living feel simple, realistic and enjoyable. Now also a Mum, she shares an honest look at the juggle of motherhood, business, food, travel and everyday life - while continuing to grow the brands and community she has built over the past several years.

Please note that you will receive an email from the event leader 24–48 hours beforehand with additional information. If you have not received this email at least 12 hours before the event, please contact us.

All events are exclusively for women aged 18-35.

Tickets are non-refundable

In the event that we need to cancel due to weather conditions (which are outside of our control), refunds cannot be issued. However, a credit will be provided for use at a future Dear Community event..

Please note, we will be taking photos and videos throughout the event.

If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future ticket purchases.
